How Do I Book A Ride With Jeyrey?
The fastest way is WhatsApp — message us at +60 14-666 9060 with your pickup location, destination, date, and number of passengers. We reply with a vehicle recommendation and confirmed price, usually within 10 minutes. You can also call us or send an email to info@jeyreytransportation.com.
What Types Of Services Do You Offer?
We cover airport transfers (KLIA, KLIA2, and Subang Skypark), point-to-point city transfers around KL and Selangor, outstation trips anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia, corporate executive transport, wedding and event shuttles, day trips to Genting, Cameron Highlands, and Melaka, durian tours, and ticketing services for local attractions.
Are Your Drivers Professionally Trained?
Every JeyRey driver is vetted for a valid PSV or commercial driving license, defensive driving skills, and knowledge of Malaysian highways and city routes. Many of our drivers double as local guides — they know the shortcuts, the best rest stops, and where to find great food along the way.
Do You Handle Corporate Or Group Bookings?
Yes. We coordinate multi-vehicle logistics for corporate events, conferences, and large group movements. Our fleet ranges from executive sedans (Tesla Model 3, BMW 320i) to 44-seater chartered buses. Corporate clients get priority scheduling, consolidated invoicing, and a dedicated booking contact.
How Far In Advance Should I Book?
For airport transfers and city rides, 24 hours notice is usually enough. For outstation trips, van or bus bookings, and peak-season travel (school holidays, Hari Raya, Chinese New Year), we recommend booking 3 to 7 days ahead to lock in your preferred vehicle and driver.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept online bank transfer (the most common method), cash, and major e-wallets including Touch 'n Go and GrabPay. Corporate clients can arrange monthly invoicing. We confirm payment details when you book — no card processing through third-party apps.
What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed?
We monitor your flight status in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts automatically — no need to call or message us. There is no surcharge for flight delays. Your driver will be waiting when you clear customs, holding a name board at the arrival gate.
What Vehicles Are Available In Your Fleet?
We operate 11 vehicle categories: Standard Sedan (Bezza, Saga), Standard MPV (Alza, Aruz), Innova, Premium Sedan (Camry, Accord), Executive Sedan (Tesla Model 3, BMW 320i), Executive MPV (Vellfire, Alphard), 10 to 18-seater vans (Toyota Hiace, Hyundai Staria), and a 44-seater chartered bus. Every vehicle is MOTAC-licensed and company-maintained.
Can I Request A Specific Driver?
Yes. If you have travelled with us before and prefer a particular driver, let us know when booking. We will assign them to your trip whenever their schedule allows.
Do You Offer Tour Packages With Tickets?
We do. For popular day trips — Sunway Lagoon, Legoland, Lost World of Tambun, KL Tower — we can bundle attraction tickets with your transport booking. This saves you time at the ticket counter and often costs less than buying separately. Ask us for a bundled quote when you book.
